HARLAN T. BOBO Drops His Killer New Album "A History of Violence" (2018)

Harlan T. Bobo is back with a vengeance. His new album "A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE", via Goner Records, is a ferocious and tender rocket ride straight to the heart of the matter. Alongside the likes of Greg Cartwright, Jeff Evans, and Jack Oblivian, I feel Harlan is one of the best to come out of Memphis. He may have relocated to France a few years ago, but he returned to the Bluff City to cut this new album with Doug Easley. "A History of Violence" is a tough and loose record that would cause Josh Homme and Mark Lanegan to sweat at night. Harlan is at the top of his game here. This is already my contender for Top 5 Album of 2018.
